Mental health is a critical part of our health and wellness.  It’s our foundation for coping with the joys and the difficulties of life.  Fortunately, conversations about mental health are becoming more common.  Mental health can be a hard topic to broach, but it can also create a life changing conversation.  These lessons about mental health are designed to help students invest in their own well-being by learning how to take care of not only their bodies, but also their brains.  We hope these lessons will launch countless journeys toward wellness, resilience and well-being.
